In the exhibition, works by THOMAS KAMINSKY are shown alongside a
painting machine action and its results. On the occasion of the opening of the
exhibition, the brochure SCHACH SPIEL KAMINSKY is presented with an
essay by Susanne Tauss, Spielerische Gedanken im schwarz-weißen Quadrat.
In addition, the castle roof design realised the previous year with old and new
tiles after a concept by THOMAS KAMINSKY is presented.

The Vienna-based German artist THOMAS KAMINSKY is ‘playing’ again at the Kunstraum Buchberg. On this occasion, his experimental play
instinct focuses on museum spaces, painting machines, black squares and chess
pieces, inserted between new pictures and woodcuts.
